Account Registration


All project developers, verifiers, buyers, sellers and traders must register for a Reserve user account. Each approved account will receive an Account Manager login; the Account Manager will then be able to create logins in the system for other account users in your organization.


To register for an account:

  1. Review the system Operating Procedures.
  2. Review the Reserve Fee Schedule.
  3. Review and submit a completed PDF Terms of Use form, ATTN: Administrator via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We also accept the form by mail or fax to (213) 623-6716. If you choose to fax the TOU, please only fax the last two pages.
  4. Register for a new account on the Reserve home page. Select the account type that applies to you. Note that if you are both a trader and a project developer you should select “Project Developer”.

    You will receive an email message from the Reserve with instructions to confirm your account request.

  5. Once confirmed by you, the Reserve administrator will review your request and notify you by email when the account is approved, within 3 business days.

    You will receive an account subscription fee invoice, due within 30 days.


  6. Use the “My Account Setup” link from your homepage to configure your own profile and other user logins.
